Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report product issues.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Compliance with state regulations for selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail setting is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent will be considered.
