Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store, including merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor and report on inventory levels and any issues
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures
• Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain store cleanliness
• Additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Knowledge of retail policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Completion of high school education or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is an advantage
