Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate with the opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, from stocking shelves to providing excellent customer service. Collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain the store's appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
