Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring the store's overall appearance is top-notch. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in retail is preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience is a plus
