Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operation. This position offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour for 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management tasks and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash registers, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
