Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and stocking products
• Operating the cash register efficiently
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Collaborating with team members and store management
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store
• Performing inventory checks and monitoring accuracy
• Adhering to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Combination of education and experience
