Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by assisting with merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain organized merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
