Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires working collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products according to company standards.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to handle equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
