Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a great shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of maintaining cleanliness according to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
