Job Description

Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and maintain a clean store environment.
- Efficiently stock shelves and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and customer confidentiality.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with minimizing losses.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers accurately.
- Capable of safely operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
