Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Salary

Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient and accurate operation of a cash register.
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
