Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management on product issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in retail is an advantage.
- Combination of education and experience equivalent to the role.
