Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate where you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers in their experience
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Participate in inventory management and contribute feedback on products and store operations

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
