Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate clearly, and work both independently and in a team.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.
