Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your main responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register and other equipment efficiently
• Work independently and within a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
