Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service, efficient cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and assist customers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Follow safety and security protocols
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Experience in retail operations is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
