Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and handle customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
