Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By working collaboratively with our team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
