Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Salary

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Safely operate equipment, including electric/manual hand jack and floor scrubber.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions efficiently.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail work experience is a plus.
