Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will work collaboratively with team members to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
