Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
- Report product issues, inventory losses, and other concerns to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
