Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, well-stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products efficiently to maintain store appearance.
• Operate cash registers accurately and assist customers with purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient store operation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
