Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any store-related issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness according to company standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
