Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash management policies.
- Adhere to company procedures and security guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to perform general cleaning tasks and follow company policies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capability to work independently or in a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
