Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company procedures and maintain document security.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
