Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies
• Participate in inventory management and accuracy checks
• Perform general cleaning tasks according to company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
• Compliance with state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
• A combination of education and experience is considered
