Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our energetic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Offer feedback to management on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Skills to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
