Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
