Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained to offer customers an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and neatly display merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to prevent losses.
• Follow company procedures and maintain document confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in multitasking.
• Meet state requirements for alcohol sales if applicable.
