Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory counts, follow cash policies, and adhere to company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
• Capability to interpret and apply policies, excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
