Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI's retail team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Aptitude for following safety procedures and equipment operation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
