Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
