Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Operate cash registers and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
