Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties in accordance with company standards
• Complete other assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
