Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store is well stocked, maintaining a clean shopping environment, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with team members and contribute to an efficient shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in retail preferred.
