Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the store's appearance and organization. You'll work closely with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visits.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company procedures, policies, and maintain data security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older to apply.
• Experience in retail and cash register operation preferred.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
