Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of general cleaning tasks and following company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
