Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Full Time Store Associate to provide exceptional customer service, merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean shopping environment. This role offers competitive pay starting at $17.00 per hour for 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with shopping and provide outstanding service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security standards
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
