Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
