Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by maintaining a clean and organized store, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
