Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate to contribute to an exceptional customer shopping experience. As a key team member, you will merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and maintain store cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and data confidentiality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Skills in equipment operation and general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is an advantage.
