Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's seamless operation and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Report feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience and High School Diploma preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
