Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Working collaboratively with the team, you will stock shelves, process purchases, offer exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Stock and organize merchandise displays
• Provide attentive and efficient customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Conduct inventory counts and report product issues
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Proficient with cash register operations
• Able to operate various equipment
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Prior retail experience preferred
