Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the customer shopping experience by performing various duties such as merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and uphold document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
