Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness within the store. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Conduct store inventory counts as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
