Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join ALDI, where you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback to management on products, inventory, and other store issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficient in performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
