We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including stocking merchandise, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide customers with a great shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves efficiently.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
