As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a neat merchandise display.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Team up with colleagues and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and enhance overall store performance.
• Take part in store inventory activities and uphold cash policies.
• Follow company procedures ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Execute assigned duties efficiently and contribute to store success.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and cash register proficiency.
• Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
• Fulfill state and local obligations for alcohol sales and service.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is advantageous.
