Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and ensure merchandise displays are neat and organized.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and responding to inquiries.
• Cooperate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on products and store operations.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain store security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties and uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
