We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
